Oracle Book Club: List of Indian authors

1. Ashok K Banker: My current favorite.
2. Sunil Gangopadhya: Writes in Bengali. Translated into English.
3. Meira Chand:
4. Mark Tully: English but lives in India and is practically an Indian.
5. Satyajit Ray: I am surprised his name is missing from the list.
6. Rabindranath Tagore: The same goes for Tagore. No mention of his name.

Does anybody else know of other Indian authors ?
